But it is clear that a substantial part of the challenges relate to the organisational health of the ecosystem itself that needs to be understood. To that end we request you to take a few minutes to complete this dipstick questionnaire the content of which will accompany the full report. The survey asks you to rate how well you think the organisation is doing in a number of areas. On a scale of 1 to 10, you are asked to pick a score that you believe best represents how ‘healthy’ or ‘unhealthy’ the organisation is.Scores (0-6): A range which helps us determine if you are unsatisfied with the health of your company. Scores (7-8): A range which helps us determine if you are satisfied or neutral about the health of your company. Scores (9-10): A range which helps us determine if you are enthsiastic about the health of your company.
